Phases One through Four were built in the era between 1976 and 1990. These are modest, contemporary style, single-family houses on heavily wooded lots. They range in price from about $190,000 for a 2 bedroom with no garage to about $375,000 for an upgraded three bedroom model with a two car garage.
The Historic District is tricky. Some have garages and some don't. Older houses usually have wood burning fireplaces, newer ones may have gas logs. Older houses have septic systems, newer may be on the community system but there is no way to tell just by the street they are on. Many of these houses have undergone significant renovations which makes finding comps tricky.
Streets in the Historic District are: Creekwood, Trestle Leaf, Stone Ledge, Benchmark, Matchwood, Trundle Ridge, Shadowbrook, Shagbark, Meadow Run, Becket Bend, Stone Edge, Windstone, Weatherbend, Hedgerow, Tinderwood, Turtle Run, Wintersage, Beechmast (don't confuse with townhouse address), Hollyhock, Summerwood, Quail Run, Windlestraw, Cloverthach, Greystone and Fox Ridge. House numbers range from 1 to 284. There are annual FHA dues.
